This page explains what information CircumFi collects through its early-access form, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it. CircumFi is an early-access landing page, not a full product service, and this notice is intentionally brief.

What we collect

When you use the early-access form, we may collect:

• Your work email address.
• Optional details you choose to provide: name, company, role or title, and a description of the lending problem you want to solve.
• Basic context about your visit, such as the page URL, referring site, and marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags). We do not attach your name or email to anonymous page analytics.

Why we collect it

We use this information to evaluate early-access interest, understand the lending problems lenders face, and contact you about CircumFi. We do not sell submitted information.

How it is processed

Form submissions are processed using third-party services. Submitted information is stored in Google Sheets, and we receive email notifications about new submissions. Because these third-party services process the data, your information does not stay exclusively within CircumFi systems. We also use Cloudflare to host the site, protect the form from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile), and measure aggregate, privacy-respecting page analytics.

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Email [email protected] from the address you used, or describe the submission, and we will remove it from our records.
